I'd say that Indianapolis will not be awful, having said that there are much better places throughout the state. The Tremendous conceded can have fishers, Carmel, the outlaying suburbs, marion County in general looks quite rough with numerous petty crime.They billed my card 2 times so I really feel They can be theives and will tell Everybody travel
